How do I place express orders for your products?
Express orders need to be placed via MySchneider or telephone on 0870 608 8 608 to ensure that upto the minute stock availability information is available to process your order. Please be aware that Premium Rate deliveries and collections are not available through MySchneider.
 
What is the deadline/ cut-off time for standard orders?
The deadline for standard orders placed by fax is 12.00 midday on the day the order is placed.
 
What choice of order method is available to me?
There are four methods of order available to you as a customer as follows;

MySchneider - Online orders - Pack service, Standard & Express orders
The best method of ordering to enable real-time price and stock availability, as well as offering electronic order progressing, is to place your orders through your MySchneider account online. To set up a MySchneider account please speak to your local Schneider Electric Merchandiser.

Express orders - via telephone
Express orders offer next business day delivery and are charged at a rate of £21.00 for the first 25Kg of your order with an additional 45 Pence for each Kilo thereafter. Please note that these orders must be placed by 4pm at the latest on the day before delivery is required.

There is also a Premium Express service available for deliveries;
For next day 12.00 midday delivery the fee is £30 for the 1st 25Kg then 45p per Kg
For next day 10.30 am delivery the fee is £45 for the 1st 25Kg then 45p per Kg
For Saturday morning delivery upto 12 noon the fee is £45 for the 1st 25kg then 45p per kg

Standard orders
Standard orders offer a preagreed twice weekly delivery to your premises. Items ordered to be inlcuded in these deliveries need to be placed by no later than 4.00pm two days before the scheduled despatch date. To find out which days are your pre-arranged delivery days please refer to your Schneider Electric Distributors Agreement in the first instance or call 0870 608 8 608 for assistance.

Pack service offer
The Schneider Electric Pack Service is a once a fortnight service that enables distributors to order larger quantities of products in advance and have them delivered on days that coincide with their existing standard delivery days. This service enables distributors to receive extra rebate on their purchase. These order lines cannot be cancelled.
 
Can I arrange for my own carrier to collect products?
This service can only be permitted for emergency or breakdown replacement needs and as such is limited to an order of upto 10 lines only. NB* Our nominated carriers which can come and collect products on your behalf from Schneider Electric premises are; Nightfreight, TNT, CityLink and DHL. Please see logistics agreement for cut off times as notice is required for collections arranged with these carriers to allow for products to be appropriately processed and packaged.
 
Who do I contact if I have problems with an order when it arrives?
Schneider Electric have a Customer Concerns Desk that deal specifically with this area and the telephone number is 0870 608 8 607. This service operates during business hours Mon - Thurs from 08.30 to 5 pm (closed lunch 12.30 - 1.15 pm) and Fri 08.30 to 16.15 (closed lunch 12.30-1.15 pm)
