The new Osiris colour sensors have a number of key advantages over traditional colour sensors. They incorporate new white light LED transmission that enables the sensor to reliably detect all shades of colour over the complete colour spectrum. Reduction in component physical size and the use of dedicated electronics has resulted in a big reduction in housing size and a comparable reduction in price

Typical Applications:
Sorting objects by colour, monitoring colour. The Osiris full colour recognition sensor is insensitive to surface finishes (matt or reflective), as well as ambient lighting. The sensor is suitable for use in many industrial sectors, such as packaging machines, printing machines etc.
